2006 Watson 1010 truck mounted rig on a 2005 Serling 8500 carrier. This rig has a 25' drilling depth with 40,000 ft/lbs of torque. This upper is powered by a John Deere 4045 Engine. The transmission ia a Funk Powershift. The unit has a heated cab that could either be removed or set up with A/C.

Rebuilt right angle drive with new shifting mechanism, new main shaft. 600 hours on it New Sprockets with 600 hours on them. New doulble roller chain with 600 hours on it. Rotary was rebuilt with some new bearings and new seals 600 hours ago. Kelly bar has new timken tube intermediate bar. Kelly bearing was new 600 hours ago. Rotary manifold for hydraulics to track has been rebuilt in the last 1500 hours. Complete mast was removed, sand blasted, painted 600 hours ago. New Gearmatic Kelly winch 1200 hours ago. Boom cylinders rebuilt 600 hours ago. 65% undercarriage. Every single hydraulic line replaced 600 hours ago. All wiring replaced 600 hours ago. Rebuilt crowd winch 1200 hours ago.
